HOW DO I CARE FOR MY PRODUCTS?

You can prolong the life of your swimwear and help protect it against the damaging effects of chlorine, perspiration and suntan lotion by rinsing it out in cool water immediately after you have used it. You should avoid using fabric conditioner as this breaks down and degrades swimwear.

Remember that most swimwear does not offer protection against the harmful effects of the sun and you can still get burnt through your swimwear if you don't have sun protection on underneath it. So make sure you apply your suntan lotion all over before you bask in the sun – we recommend that you apply it half an hour before putting your swimwear on, as lotions can stain the fabric.

Metal beads and trims can become very hot when exposed to direct sunlight or worn in a sauna so please take care.

PURCHASE

When you place an order on our website we shall email you an order confirmation as acknowledgement. A contract between you and Meloncup Ltd. for the purchase of our products will commence once we confirm that your order has been dispatched. You will receive a dispatch confirmation by email. It is at this point that you will be charged.

This purchase contract shall be deemed to have been concluded in the United Kingdom and shall be governed by the laws of England, and you and Meloncup Ltd irrevocably submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.

DELIVERY

UK Standard Delivery

Delivery times - around 4-7 days

Orders are usually dispatched within 3 business days’ by Royal Mail Signed For. Orders require a signature, so please ensure you provide a delivery address that will enable someone to sign for the parcel. If no-one is available, Royal Mail will leave a card offering details on how to arrange re-delivery or alternatively collect the parcel from a local post office. Some smaller-value orders are dispatched by first class standard delivery and do not require a signature.

Please note that at busy times, it may take us a little longer to dispatch items to you.

International Delivery

Deliver times - 10-15 working days

Orders are usually dispatched within 3 business days’ by Royal Mail Signed For. Orders require a signature, so please ensure you provide a delivery address that will enable someone to sign for the parcel.

International Delivery £9.95 - You may also be responsible for any additional customs charges depending on your delivery location

We strongly recommend international customers contact us if they wish to exchange items. Please email us at hello@meloncup.co.uk  quoting your order number and what items you would like to exchange for. We can then ensure that the items are available.

Non UK & EU Customers

All orders are charged in Pound Sterling. If you use a credit or debit card registered overseas, the total will be determined by the card issuer, based on the exchange rate at the time your card is charged. Please be aware that your card issuer may charge a fee for currency conversion – if you are unsure; please contact them before placing your order.

 CANCELLATION

If you change your mind about an order you have placed, please contact us by email at: hello@meloncup.com. We recommend you contact us within 24 hours before dispatch of goods.

If the goods have been dispatched, please refer to our Returns Policy.

We reserve the right to refuse an order at any time.

Every effort has been made to reflect product colours accurately. However, we are unable to guarantee that the colour you see will accurately reflect the true colour of the product on delivery. This is due to a myriad of factors, such as differences in monitors and screen settings.

WE'VE MADE A MISTAKE

Oops! Occasionally mistakes happen. In the event that we have sent out an incorrect or faulty item, please accept our apologies and get in touch with us.

Simply drop us an email at hello@meloncup.co.uk  quoting your order number and detailing the problem.

We will get back to you as soon as possible and look to replace the item or adequately recompense you. All postage will be reimbursed for returns of faulty or incorrect items.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Return Policy

If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you may return items within 28 days of receipt for a full refund or an exchange.

Please ensure all items are returned in original condition: unworn, unwashed, with all labels, tags, and hygiene sticker attached.

We strongly recommend NOT using any tanning products when trying on your swimwear. We reserve the right to refuse a return if the garment is stained due to use of these products, or to deduct a fee from a refund to cover cleaning costs.

To return an item for a refund or exchange, please fill out the returns form, and send to the address below,

When sending a return, the parcel is your responsibility until it reaches us. We strongly recommend you take the package to the Post Office and get a 'Certificate of Posting'. This will ensure you have proof of delivery in the case of a lost package.

RETURNS FROM OVERSEAS

If returning an item please ensure to mark your package as 'RETURNED GOODS'. Not doing so could result in delays as well as additional import duties and taxes charged to you by UK customs.

Please ensure that all parcels are securely sealed and are only returned on a standard airmail service and always obtain a certificate or receipt of posting.

Exchanges

Exchanges can only be made for products of the same or lesser value.

When will you process my return?

It generally takes 3 business days to process returns upon receipt of goods.

In the case of exchanges, you will receive a confirmation email indicating your replacement items have been dispatched along with relevant tracking details.

In the case of refunds, you will receive a confirmation email indicating a refund has been made.

How long do refunds take?

If you have made payment by debit or credit card, refunds will generally take 5-7 business days to appear in your account.

If you have made payment through an existing balance on PayPal, refunds will generally take 5-7 business days to appear in your PayPal account.

If you have made payment through a debit or credit card or bank transfer through PayPal, refunds will take up to 30 days to appear in your account.

We will cover the cost of the returns/exchange postage by refunding your original postage fee.

PRODUCT INFORMATION & AVAILABILITY

Whilst we take great care to ensure that all product information and stock levels are up-to-date, we reserve the right to refuse orders where information has been miss-published, including prices and promotions.

All goods are subject to availability. If an item you have ordered becomes out of stock, or there has been an error, we will notify you as soon as possible, to update, amend, or cancel the order.

When paying by credit or debit card, you will only be charged once the goods have been dispatched. You will receive an email to confirm dispatch.

All prices on our website include VAT at the current prevailing rate for which we are responsible.

Our checkout process is hosted by Shopify, which uses industry standard Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology to provide encryption of personal information such as your name, address and credit card details. Once at the checkout, you will see a padlock icon and message informing you that you are on a secure server.
